Logistics & Situational Awareness in Procurement

Having been directly involved in supporting the refit and delivery of an armoured vehicle fleet for Ukraine it was clear that the current project processes to support procurements of this type are inefficient in their use of resources for both customers and suppliers. Animus developed GO4 to save time, cost and improve performance through increased awareness.

The GO4 platform allows a user to search and procure parts using a Nato Stock Number (NSN) and then broadcast their needs for that part straight to their chosen suppliers. The parts ordering process is then handed over to the supplier to confirm or deny that they have the part. Once the part is delivered the user simply uses their smartphone to scan the part QR code and the part is added to the user's inventory. GO4 also has KANBAN, task lists, project calendars and instant messaging for groups or one on one inside your team or with suppliers.

Gorillaart creates contemporary art using mixed media including acrylic, spray, digital 3d and digital animation. Gorilla's inspiration is found in the world around them, key personalities that have shaped them and exploring themes that sit outside of mainstream media and inside Realpolitik.

Gorillaart's unique flavour of digital artwork, combining 3D animation with rendered frames constructed in a 3D environment gave us an incredible opportunity to frame each piece in representative environments and to let the art do the talking.

Open Source Intelligence Platform

OGMA is a result of pouring our combined cyber security, open source intelligence (OSINT) and analytical backgrounds into a single application. Having used most of the OSINT applications on the market we were left wanting at the results returned, the lack of investment in user experience and in the parochial reporting product that these apps pushed out. 

OGMA is a case driven application that takes a seed of information, be that an email address, known password, hash or name and derives meaningful intelligence product from that seed. OGMA allows for collaborative working, live updates and skins its results in multiple formats including data tables, node maps and graphing. OGMA produces C-Suite ready reporting product at the click of a button and allows analysts horsepower to be used in analysis and not typical mandraulic tasks that accompany its competitors.

Like Waze but for Drones

Skydrocell Future Flight project plans to demonstrate how measurements and forecasts of the Aerodynamic and Radio Frequency environments in high-rise urban areas, can be used to map the risks that radio controlled air vehicles, such as delivery drones, would face operating in such areas.

The Skydrocell project required us to create an app that would allow the project team to add content for public and authenticated users. We used GatsbyJS for the public facing site with an Aminus content management system.
